I have always possessed an in-depth knowledge of wild food – testing and developing recipes for as long as I can remember.
Corn Helyg is blessed with abundant indigenous hedgerows, trees and plants, such as Sessile Oak, Bullace and Blackberry. So, I’m exploring other ways of growing and using naturally medicinal and herbal plants.
And, as organic growers, we produce foods in the harmony with the season, thus promoting local Anglesey food, reducing our carbon footprint, and contributing to community cohesion.
